About me
Rosenbalm is a North Carolina Teaching Fellow and a National Board Certified Teacher. She is currently the Director of the Public School Partnership, Regional Director of the NC New Teacher Support Program, and Co-Director of the Principal Fellows Program at Appalachian State University. Prior to this position, she served as the lead NC New Teacher Support Coach for the Appalachian State Region. She has also served as a Director of Exceptional Children, principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, reading specialist, and elementary teacher in public schools for 16 years before coming to Appalachian State in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in Reading Education with School Administration and Autism add-on graduate licensure, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.
